Radiant Software calibrates its actions with great respect to client’s information and intellectual property rights. We restrict non-usage of information for other purposes, restriction on subcontracting and disclosure on a need to know basis. Before the start of negotiations, Radiant Software signs with every client a Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement (NCND) provided by the International Chamber of Commerce.
Radiant Software also enforces this similar agreement with all its employees, directors and third parties such as vendors, partners, legal and other consultants. This ensures for complete protection of client’s information.
Open source code is used only after receiving client's approval and to the extent specified by the client. There are no export control issues governing outsourcing of software development services to India.
The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law’s Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration will be used to resolve disputes.
Radiant Software has been a pleasure. Radiant has been painstakingly thorough from project conception to the final module.
